Is there a pre-inspection of limits on what equipment will be covered?

There are no restrictions on age of equipment and we do not require a technician to come out to inspect your equipment. For complete details see Terms & Conditions. Your coverage begins with the purchase of an Essential HomeCare Plan.

Is there certain equipment or parts that are not covered under Essential HomeCare?

We cover a comprehensive list of equipment and parts, which can be found in the Terms & Conditions of your plan.

Are leak tests and refrigerant covered?

We have a comprehensive list of parts and equipment that are covered but you can always call our dedicated customer service representatives for any questions about the benefits.

Are there additional charges for coming out on a weekend or holiday?

No we do not have any overtime charges, and you will never pay a trip fee with an Essential HomeCare Plan for nights, weekends, or holidays.

Will my plan renew each year?

Your Essential HomeCare plan will auto renew each year so that you will have continued peace of mind in case of a breakdown. The benefits of the plan will keep your equipment covered and maintained.

How will I know when it’s time for my Tune up and how do I schedule it?

Our Airtron Customer Service Team will contact you via phone calls or text messaging to remind you to schedule your tune up, but you are welcome to call us anytime to schedule.
